The Company

Agile5 Technologies, Inc. specializes in the information technology (IT) services of design, development, testing, integration, and O&M of enterprise software systems for Government agencies. Founded in 2011, Agile5 is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and SBA certified as a qualified Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business.

To encourage economic development, Agile5 is committed to hiring local professionals in historically underutilized business zones, including the areas surrounding our corporate office in Fairmont, West Virginia. Our participation in the HUBZone program benefits our communities by providing employment opportunities for sustained growth in our region.

Lisa L. Fritsch – President/CEO

As President, CEO, and one of the founders of Agile5 Technologies, Inc., Lisa L. Fritsch has more than 20 years of experience in industries ranging from pharmaceuticals and research to information and technology. With a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and Master of Business Administration (MBA), she brings a unique mix of skills and experiences to each business decision and strategy. She also holds a certificate in Federal Acquisition Management. Using a collaborative approach to business relationships, she drives the company toward the goal of being the premier small business partner in IT software systems support and services.

Peter Fritsch – Chief Technology Officer

With more than 21 years of experience supporting mission-critical Government enterprise systems, Peter Fritsch understands all aspects of the IT life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding methodologies, documentation standards and best practices, configuration management, and test practices. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and a master’s degree in computer science. He is a certified Scrum Master and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Advanced Scrum Master. He works directly with each customer using industry best practices to implement cost-effective, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.

Adam Leach – Vice President, Operations

As a founder of Agile5 with more than 14 years of experience supporting Government systems, Adam Leach brings a strong background in engineering and passion for problem solving to his role. His interest in systems engineering and open-source software led him to become a Red Hat Linux certified engineer. He specializes in system performance tuning using Java Virtual Machine and enjoys coding in Python and Java. He earned undergraduate double majors in computer engineering and electrical engineering and a master’s degree in information systems. He is a certified Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solutions Architect and SAFe Agilist.

Chet Tobrey – Vice President, Research and Development

As a founder of Agile5 with more than 11 years of experience supporting Government systems, Chet Tobrey takes an efficient, solution-oriented approach to solving difficult technical problems across multiple parts of an organization. He has successfully delivered mobile applications, enterprise software solutions, and web-service integration projects for multiple Government and commercial clients. He earned bachelor’s degrees in computer science and political science, and is a certified Scrum Master and SAFe practitioner. He is focused on identifying new technical opportunities to deliver federal services more efficiently.
