Agile5 has a New Scrum Master!

We would like to congratulate one of Agile5’s Senior Software Engineers, David Smithbauer, on becoming a Scrum Alliance® Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM)! In order to earn your CSM certificate, individuals must take a CSM course from a Certified Scrum Trainer and demonstrate their progress through a CSM test. A Certified ScrumMaster® helps project teams properly use Scrum, increasing the chances of that project succeeding. CSMs understand Scrum values, practices, and applications and provide a level of knowledge and expertise above and beyond that of typical development leads. With David’s leadership skills, this will certainly add to Agile5’s ability to far exceed our customer’s expectations.
